Position Summary

Join our team as a Retail Assistant and gain hands-on experience in retail logistics, supply chain, inventory management and world class resort customer service. Support our retail team in ensuring smooth product movement, inventory accuracy, merchandising, restocking, retail plans & selling of product while contributing to operational improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and maintain the store, and ensure cleanliness.
Inventory Counts: Assist with monthly physical inventory counts.
Logistics Support: Tracking of inventory levels, assisting in transfer orders, & receipt of product.
Warehouse Coordination: Support efficient stocking and minimize delays.
Data Entry & Reporting: Update inventory systems and assist with logistics reports.
Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance all retail operations.
Customer Service Support: Assist golf staff to ensure excellent customer service.
