Warehouse Inventory Associate South at Sphere Renewables LLC – Commerce City, Colorado

Sphere Renewables is a key component supplier for Renewable Energy with offices and employees globally. The focus of Sphere Renewables has been on Wind Energy and other renewable energy sources, and the supply of key components and product.
We are looking for someone to assist the Warehouse and Inventory Lead in keeping track of all products and supplies, ensuring that stock is organized, and assisting in the unloading and processing of deliveries. Assists in maintaining that the inventory warehouse is clean, organized, and free of potential hazards. Ensuring shipments are supported timely and accurately.

Duties and responsibilities
• Unload incoming shipments.
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Check and verify the accuracy of shipments against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Organize and label received materials for easy identification.
• Use SAP to record inventory movements.
• Store items into assigned locations.
• Rotate inventory as needed to maintain FIFO order.
• Pull inventory for production use and shipments.
• Coordinate with Commercial for outgoing shipments.
• Prepare pull lists and dock audits for shipments.
• Pack items safely and accurately for shipment.
• Confirm shipment accuracy with shipping documentation.
• Report any receiving, inventory, and shipping discrepancies to the Warehouse and Inventory lead or Commercial.
• Participate in daily and monthly cycle counts and records the data either manually or on a computer.
• Assist in moves and restructures organization of warehouse to make space for new inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspaces.

Requirements
• Prior work experience as an inventory associate or similar role
• Basic experience with Windows and Microsoft software.
• Experience using various machinery and tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Forklift experience required
