Customer Service & Print Production Associate at DUNCAN PARNELL INC – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

The Customer Service & Print Production Associate is responsible for day-to-day functions of the branch. This includes, but is not limited to customer interface, billing, maintaining retail showroom, printing and binding of construction documents/specs, shipping and receiving packages, customer pickup and deliveries and small color graphics installs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers that come in the store and take care of their needs with upbeat attitude
• Answer phone and emails in a courteous, timely manner
• Use the computer to print and scan large and small format construction documents, finishing as needed, with specific customer instructions and details.
• Output of small color graphic renderings, posters, prints and mounts
• Bill completed jobs in the ERP system (P21); notify customers that their work is ready for pickup
• Restock production area and showroom regularly
• Maintain a clean environment for customers and employees
• Update pricing on showroom items
• Monthly inventory counts
• Weekly Teams calls
• Shipping and Receiving department duties
• Driving to and from customer offices for deliveries and pickups
• Training for site surveys and small sign installations

• General computer skills
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must have a positive and helpful attitude
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail
• Independent worker with ability to be resourceful
• Working intentionally without guidance after training
• Prospecting new customers for business
• Must be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Experience in print production experience a plus
• Experience in survey and construction industries a plus
