Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote internship that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to optimize our case management systems and workflows. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency improvements across our case management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop expertise in case management applications and workflows used throughout the business
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed business requirements to support development user stories and technical implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and business stakeholders on projects
- Manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation and evaluation
- Research and troubleshoot non-standard issues with case management applications
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of development efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs
Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Graduating Summer/Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
- Able to commit 40 hours per week for 10 weeks during Summer 2026
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Interest in learning data visualization tools like Power BI
- Coursework or basic understanding of data querying concepts (SQL basics)
- Willingness to learn project tracking tools (Azure DevOps)
Professional Skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
- Basic understanding of translating business needs into requirements
- Interest in process improvement methodologies
