Position Overview
This position supports daily badging and credentialing operations in accordance with Federal regulations, OSSI security policies, and applicable Federal law.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other authorized personnel are processed in accordance with established Federal regulations and OSSI security policies
- Ensures identification badges are issued in compliance with Federal law and agency requirements
- Maintains accurate data entry and records management within established systems
- Provides professional customer service support to employees, contractors, and affiliates throughout the badging process
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of data entry experience
- Minimum one (1) year of badging experience
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Strong alpha and numeric data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail
