Position Summary

The Warehouse Staff performs warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution or delivery of products; loads, unloads, moves or stores items according to delivery instructions. The Warehouse Staff assists with cleaning, organization, and light maintenance of the facility; customer pick-ups; and any other tasks that may be assigned by managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, load, and ship furniture while following company safety and inventory guidelines
• Stage showroom floors to prepare for new merchandise arrivals
• Assemble furniture with care to minimize damage
• Prepare customer pickups and coordinate unsold merchandise for shipping
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and showroom organization
• Support visual merchandising and back-end operations
• Pick merchandise using scanners and transfer to staging area
• Perform basic repairs while inspecting merchandise
• Assist in verification and assessment of returns; repackage and transfer to correct area

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a retail schedule, some Saturdays, and holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 150 pounds
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to perform janitorial duties as needed
