The Project Manager will oversee multiple workstreams, manage schedules, risks, and deliverables, and serve as a primary liaison with senior stakeholders. You will develop executive-level briefings, facilitate working sessions, and provide strategic recommendations to drive operational improvements. The position requires a balance of leadership, collaboration, and hands-on execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables across all project efforts. This role also includes mentoring team members while maintaining accountability for timely completion of project objectives. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and communicates effectively with diverse teams.
Accountabilities:- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and align with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports for senior leadership.
- Create executive-level briefings, presentations, workflows, operating procedures, and other project artifacts.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and communications with stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather input, approvals, and feedback on project work products.
- Track project progress, monitor risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor and oversee team members while actively contributing to project execution and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience, including support for large federal agencies.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint/Teams.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) solutions and decisional projects (2+ years preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot between tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with federal EHR tools (Oracle Health, Epic), Health Informatics, change management, and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
