This is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership-driven roles and wants to make a tangible impact on product reliability and compliance.
Accountabilities:

  • Implement a flexible, white-label React application integrated with backend systems for data processing and reporting.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and auditable financial operations that comply with regulatory and accounting standards.
  • Refine engineering processes to improve delivery speed, system reliability, and team autonomy.
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend systems to support independent deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance across teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and high-quality code standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and operational reliability.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a FullStack Engineer, including at least 2 years at a Staff Engineer or equivalent level.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with strong frontend experience using React.
  • Proven experience architecting and developing white-label or multi-tenant solutions.
  • Solid foundation in software engineering principles, including writing production code and contributing to architecture discussions.
  • Experience in SaaS or platform-focused engineering teams is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly in distributed or remote teams.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments with shifting priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with accounting, ledger systems, or financial software is a significant plus.

Benefits:
  • Competitive market-based compensation.
  • 100% remote work with flexibility to work from anywhere within France.
  • Equity options to share in the companys growth and success.
  • Career development opportunities with professional growth and advancement paths.
  • Annual paid leave and country-specific benefits including health insurance and pensions.
  • Inclusive, international team culture with colleagues across 40+ countries.
  • Dynamic, values-driven environment that emphasizes ownership, quality, and innovation.
