Job Title: Senior MuleSoft Developer
Job Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey - 08807
Onsite/Hybrid: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MuleSoft Developer with over 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, and integration best practices, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and microservices using Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform.
  • Implement API-led connectivity architecture across systems, applications, and data sources.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define integration requirements and solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of MuleSoft applications.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
  • Implement best practices for API governance, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hosting and managing MuleSoft solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 5 years in MuleSoft.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager
    • DataWeave transformations
    • REST, SOAP, JMS, and event-driven architectures
    • Cloud integration and hybrid deployment models
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, TLS, SAML).
  • Hands-on experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4) or higher.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise applications integration.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
