Position Summary

We are seeking an RN Clinical Operations Lead to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Day to day clinical operations for 16 providers and associated clinical support staff
• Oversee staffing and scheduling
• Standardize clinical policies and procedures
• Responsible for clinical staff training and education

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current NC license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 3-5 years nursing experience
• 1-2 years management experience preferred
