Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership & Execution Direct daily FOH and BOH operations as the primary Manager on Duty to ensure seamless service flow and the achievement of daily sales targets.
- Team Supervision & Training Lead hands-on onboarding and provide real-time coaching to staff to maintain high performance and consistent adherence to brand standards.
- Guest Satisfaction & Quality
Proactively manage the floor to ensure food quality excellence and resolve guest feedback immediately to maintain a premium dining experience. - Safety & Operational Support Enforce strict health and safety compliance while assisting with inventory management and real-time labor cost adjustments to protect profitability.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experiences in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
