- Identify potential customers and manage the end-to-end sales process for named accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, engaging with executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Lead large, complex enterprise deals from prospecting to closure
- Advise clients on product capabilities and solutions to drive digital transformation and business outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
- 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise financial institutions
- Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and consultative sales skills
- Experience working with sales development teams and deploying vertical-focused revenue strategies
- Interest in financial services technology and creating long-term strategic relationships with clients
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical product capabilities, including APIs
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment and contributing to process and tool development
