What You’ll Do:

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
• Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
