- Build and evolve sourcing strategies informed by market research and talent intelligence.
- Shape a sourcing function trusted for consistency and quality.
- Apply deep sourcing expertise to guide approach and maintain high standards.
- Support and develop a high-performing sourcing team through effective leadership.
- Use frameworks and data to ensure team alignment and adaptability.
- Partner closely with recruiting teams and business leaders to build trust and communication.
- 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with 2+ years in management.
- Hands-on expertise in passive candidate engagement and complex sourcing strategies.
- Proven track record of leading teams that deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong operational skills including project management and prioritization.
- Data-driven decision making using analytics to drive team performance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build trust through collaboration.
