General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual -English -Cantonese/French/German)

Key Responsibilities: Procurement Support -Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.).Internal Coordination -Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements.Vendor/Contractor LiaisonConnect with vendors/subcontractors to follow up on project status.Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed.General Administrative SupportAssist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient.
Qualifications:Bilingual (Chinese/German/FrenchEnglish) strong professional fluency required.3+ yrs experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleBackground in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred.Experience in Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics 365
Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
