You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients are confident and effective in utilizing the technology to improve patient outcomes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical partners, including cardiologists, referring physicians, and administrative stakeholders
- Drive adoption of cardiovascular diagnostic technology by educating clients and supporting clinical programs
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, developing qualified lead funnels
- Conduct formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and new physician training to ensure product proficiency
- Manage account activities and administrative tasks using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet clients and support clinical initiatives
- Serve as a client advocate, providing feedback to internal teams to optimize technology and services
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of related clinical or sales experience (PA, NP, DNP, or RN)
- Prior experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital systems, or medical software
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Effective project management and problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information
- Highly coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a client-first mindset
- Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into clinical settings is highly desirable
- Ability to travel frequently and manage all aspects of client engagement within the Dallas territory
- Competitive Total Target Compensation (TTC): $220,000$230,000
- Fully remote with flexibility, based in Dallas, TX
