- Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate growth of the brand VYVGART in partnership with local medical and regional teams.
- Promote safe and effective use of our product in various settings including remote interactions and face-to-face engagements.
- Develop, own, and drive territory and account plans aligned with country strategy.
- Secure inclusion in regional and local formularies by developing access plans.
- Achieve account-specific KPIs and volume targets pre-launch and post-launch.
- Analyze the assigned territory to identify relevant treatment centers.
- Build trusted relationships with customers to gain competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage local meetings for healthcare professionals with collaboration from Medical Affairs.
- Maintain customer relationship management tools with timely reporting.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
- Establish and maintain contact with key customers to provide necessary services.
- Highly developed selling skills and strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills adaptable to diverse customer types.
- Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Proven sales track record in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in specialty or hospital environments.
- Significant key account management experience with demonstrated ability in cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to understand and communicate high-level scientific data effectively.
- Experience in a dynamic, complex, fast-moving business environment.
