Facilities Technician at Alliance Credit Union – Fort Worth, Texas

Assist the AVP of Facilities with facilities requests to maintain all ALLIANCE Credit Union branches in Fort Worth, TX.

• Performs daily general maintenance duties: including moving furniture, boxes, etc., setting up for special events, building checks for security.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance
• Inspects branches for repairs/improvement recommendations.
• Supervise outside contractors that perform work inside ALLIANCE Credit Union branches.
• Picks up and removes trash.
• Operates Heavy Equipment and various types of power equipment including, but not limited to lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers.
• Completes snow removal tasks as needed in winter months.
• Will be required to operate/work out of an ALLIANCE supplied vehicle and trailer.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
