Were looking for a HomeCare Scheduler to help us deliver exceptional care by ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling for patients and caregivers.What Youll Do Coordinate daily schedules for nurses, caregivers, and therapists. Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve conflicts. Respond quickly to last-minute changes and ensure full shift coverage. Keep calendars updated in real time using scheduling software. Work closely with HR and operations to match staffing with patient needs. Maintain compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.What Were Looking ForExperience: Minimum 6 months in HomeCare Scheduling (or strong healthcare scheduling experience).Skills:Proficiency in scheduling software (ClearCare, AlayaCare, HomeTrak, or similar). Strong knowledge of U.S. homecare systems and terminology. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
