Key Responsibilities:

· Program Ownership: Lead full lifecycle execution for assigned contracts—ensuring schedule, cost, and compliance goals are met

· Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including NAVSUP, Electric Boat, NAVAIR, DCMA, and other defense partners

· Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Contracts to meet program requirements

· Schedule & Risk Management: Build and maintain Microsoft Project schedules, proactively manage risks, and lead recovery planning as needed

· Deliverables Management: Track and submit all required program documentation including data packages, CDRLs, waivers, and ECPs

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure program execution aligns with FAR, DFARS, ISO 9001, and ISO 17025 requirements, including documentation related to welds, MPI/NDT, and calibration

· Performance Reporting: Monitor and report KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality metrics, and program risk summaries to leadership and stakeholders

· Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of the company’s Program Management Toolkit, supporting tools like kickoff checklists, KPI dashboards, and internal review templates

· Proposal Support: Collaborate on pricing, ROMs, and contract modifications for new or ongoing opportunities

· Support a culture of safety throughout the facility by adhering to all safety procedures

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· 7+ years of Program Management experience in defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries

· Strong working knowledge of DoD/Navy contract execution, including government deliverables, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement

· Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional coordination

· Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, and other relevant software

· Familiarity with NAVSUP, Electric Boat, DCMA, and DFARS contract structures

· Demonstrated experience with CDRL tracking, traceability logs, MPT/NDT documentation, and milestone execution

· PMP Certification preferred; ISO 9001/17025 familiarity strongly desired

· Must be eligible to work in ITAR-controlled environments
