This executive role is designed for a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for managing and expanding relationships with top-tier server OEM and systems partners. The Sr. Director of Strategic Alliances will shape multi-year partnership strategies, align joint product and go-to-market initiatives, and enable field sales teams to maximize revenue impact. You will act as the primary point of contact for C-suite and VP-level partner engagements, building trust and driving execution across business, technical, and operational dimensions. The position balances strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and partners. This role involves revenue growth oversight, performance tracking, and ensuring alliance programs deliver measurable business outcomes. Travel up to 40% may be required to support partner engagements and executive alignment.
- Lead and manage top-tier server OEM and systems partner relationships, serving as the executive owner and trusted advisor
- Define long-term partnership vision, KPIs, joint investment areas, and business plans
- Drive joint product strategies and integration initiatives to deliver differentiated market value
- Enable field sales through program development, tools, training, and playbooks
- Advocate internally for partner-informed product investments and roadmap priorities
- Manage partner engagement across reseller and supply chain roles, ensuring solution integrity and fulfillment velocity
- Track revenue growth, ARR, and partner-influenced pipeline metrics, reporting to executive leadership
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or business development, preferably in server OEM or infrastructure technology
- Proven success building and scaling alliances with top-tier technology partners
- Experience owning partner-led and co-sell revenue targets
- Executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite and VP levels
- Strong strategic, operational, and commercial acumen, including joint business planning and ROI evaluation
- Cross-functional leadership experience aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for partner and field engagements
