This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving the U.S. launch and commercialization of empasiprubart for Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN). The Director will develop and execute strategic marketing and vaccination initiatives, ensuring healthcare provider (HCP) readiness and seamless patient access. Acting at the intersection of science, marketing, and patient impact, this position will oversee cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, compliant campaigns. The role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable HCP engagement plans. You will lead multiple high-impact projects, synthesize market intelligence, and guide decision-making to ensure measurable outcomes. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, agility, and results-driven execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of launch and commercialization strategies for empasiprubart in MMN
  • Design and implement HCP vaccination strategies, optimizing processes to reduce delays to treatment initiation
  • Oversee multi-channel positioning, messaging, and campaign execution to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Manage HCP engagement programs, advisory boards, and market research to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Legal/Compliance, Patient Engagement, Sales, Training, and Market Access teams
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess performance and guide strategic adjustments
  • Supervise and coordinate external agency partners to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing programs
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and engage with key opinion leaders and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, with U.S. in-market launch experience preferred
  • Experience in rare diseases and/or neurology preferred
  • Proven ability to translate insights into strategy and execute complex, multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing external agency partners and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of regulatory and legal requirements in pharmaceutical promotions
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
