This role sits at the intersection of project management and content creation, providing end-to-end oversight of marketing campaigns and content initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns and content are delivered on schedule, accurately, and in alignment with strategic priorities. The position requires both operational rigor and editorial precision, with hands-on involvement in content planning, writing, editing, publishing, and reporting. You will act as a bridge between multiple departments, ensuring communication is clear and campaigns reflect product functionality and compliance standards. - Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, campaigns, and project timelines.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, product, compliance, design, technology, and external teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee content creation and publishing, including blog posts, platform announcements, educational materials, newsletters, and website copy.
- Monitor risks, remove execution bottlenecks, and maintain structured workflows and documentation.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries.
- Ensure marketing and content messaging is accurate, compliant, strategically aligned, and consistent with brand standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid role.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams in product-driven or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, trading systems, financial products, or related technology environments.
- Excellent written and editorial skills in English with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing reporting frameworks, and digital content optimization.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
