This role is focused on providing expert-level support for software and connectivity issues, ensuring customers receive seamless and efficient assistance with advanced hearing aid technology. You will act as a subject matter expert on fitting software, Bluetooth connectivity, and eServices, collaborating across technical, product, and marketing teams. The position involves both reactive support through inbound queues and proactive engagement via scheduled calls, while also contributing to process improvements and innovative solutions. Working remotely, you will be an essential part of delivering a high-quality customer experience, helping to resolve complex technical challenges and supporting business growth. - Provide technical support to customers through inbound software and connectivity support channels
- Handle escalations from Audiology Technical Support and Consumer Connectivity teams
- Troubleshoot Bluetooth and wireless accessory issues and provide guidance on fitting software and Noah applications
- Conduct scheduled outbound calls to assist customers with technical problems
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for internal teams, collaborating with technical, marketing, and product departments
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer and employee experience
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and meetings to support operational and business objectives
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a technical software support environment; experience supporting high-tech or medical device products preferred
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of hearing aid fitting software, Noah applications, or networking is a plus
- Minimum internet speed of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload for remote work
