This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape brand growth through innovative media, influencer, and partnership strategies. The Senior Manager will oversee demand creation campaigns, manage key media channels, and collaborate closely with internal creative and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impact across the funnel. You will identify and secure high-value influencer and brand partnerships that amplify reach, engagement, and customer acquisition. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring creativity, leadership, and strong collaboration skills. You will operate in a dynamic, remote-first environment with the autonomy to drive measurable brand impact. The role also includes working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between media, creative, and business objectives.
- Lead paid media strategy and execution across digital, social, TV, CTV, OOH, and other channels to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Partner with creative teams to ensure strong channel/message fit and innovative approaches beyond traditional campaigns
- Identify, source, and manage influencer partnerships, collaborating with agencies and platform partners to maximize performance
- Develop and execute brand partnerships, structuring deals that deliver mutual value and align with overall brand strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign and partnership performance using marketing measurement methodologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and impact across all brand initiatives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in brand-oriented paid media, including digital, social, TV, CTV, and OOH channels
- Proven track record managing 8-figure media budgets and delivering creative, high-impact campaigns
- Experience procuring, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships effectively
- Demonstrated success in brand partnerships, driving mutually beneficial collaborations
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement methodologies such as MMM, attribution, brand tracking, and incrementality testing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution
