This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead the architecture, governance, and strategic evolution of a complex Salesforce ecosystem, spanning Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will act as the key bridge between business, operations, and technology teams, translating business objectives into scalable, secure, and unified technical solutions. The position involves shaping platform strategy, ensuring data integrity across clouds, and optimizing workflows to support growth, retention, and engagement initiatives. You will also drive adoption of new features, establish standards, and manage vendor relationships to maximize platform ROI. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role where technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic vision converge to enable organizational success.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute the Salesforce platform roadmap, translating business goals into actionable initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison across Marketing, Data, Tech, and Growth Operations, ensuring technical solutions meet complex business requirements
  • Architect a unified marketing and sales technology stack, reducing silos and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys
  • Define and enforce data integrity standards, including naming conventions, audience rules, and shared data models, to ensure seamless cross-cloud synchronization
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, including Salesforce account teams and implementation partners, to ensure platform reliability and value
  • Design and lead platform adoption programs, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maximize user engagement and capability
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while continuously evaluating the platform for scalability, security, and performance
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud
  • 4+ years of experience in cross-cloud integrations, creating shared infrastructure to support reliable data synchronization and governance
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect credentials
  • Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability
  • Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of establishing platform standards, enforcing data governance, and driving adoption of new tools and features
