The Senior Vice President of Global Marketing will lead the worldwide marketing organization, owning strategy, execution, and performance across all marketing functions. This role drives predictable revenue growth, strengthens market position, and scales a global go-to-market engine in partnership with executive leadership. The SVP will oversee demand generation, brand, communications, product marketing, events, and SDR functions, while building and mentoring high-performing teams. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, strategic alignment, and operational excellence, this role provides both thought leadership and hands-on execution to maximize global impact. The position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise growth, brand positioning, and market leadership across diverse regions.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the global marketing organization end-to-end, including demand generation, brand strategy, PR/communications, product marketing, events, and SDR teams.
  • Drive pipeline creation, marketing-sourced revenue, and overall marketing contribution to business growth.
  • Define and execute a hybrid go-to-market strategy combining enterprise sales and product-led growth for efficient customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and executive leadership to align on GTM strategy, pipeline targets, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Optimize global demand generation programs, improving conversion, velocity, and ROI.
  • Own global brand positioning, PR, and communications strategy, ensuring a compelling narrative across enterprise decision makers.
  • Enhance global events and field marketing initiatives to accelerate engagement and shorten deal cycles.
  • Measure, analyze, and continuously improve marketing performance using analytics and attribution frameworks.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing, distributed teams while fostering a culture of inclusivity, operational excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including executive-level ownership or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience leading global B2B SaaS marketing organizations with responsibility for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise demand generation, brand strategy, PR/communications, and SDR leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience applying data to improve funnel performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and navigate ambiguity in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise leadership and understanding complex enterprise buying cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in globally distributed teams and working across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth models alongside enterprise sales motions preferred.
  • Experience in martech, developer-focused platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems is a plus.
  • Contributions to industry thought leadership, communities, or speaking engagements are highly desirable.
