Job Overview
Responsible for Managing and Developing the Installation Team to drive company revenue up, costs down and expand our team of contractors to the next level in roofing, siding and window installations in residential homes spanning Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.

• Scheduling Installations of Roofing, Siding and Windows
• Ordering, delivery and receiving of installation materials
• Contract review/confirmation of installation details with homeowners
• After Sale Customer Follow-up and Job Progress Communication
• Managing 5-Star Customer Experience to Completion
• Taking final measurements for final ordering and installation
• Managing, Recruiting and Developing hi-performance team of multiple subcontractors effectively and efficiently
• Completing and/or follow-up on collection funds and completion certificates
• Management of material and labor costs

Other Experience Requirements

• Able to recruit, train, manage, and maintain quality sub-contractors in roofing, siding, and windows
• Driven, organized, ambitious, enthusiastic and willing to work/take calls during the day and early evenings
• Working computer skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers, admin/sales staff, and subcontractors alike
• Flexible and enthusiastic about working early and late hours to meet customer needs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
