About This Role:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the face of IT to our internal AMG staff as you provide IT assistance to them on a regular basis. Your ability to efficiently resolve technical issues will allow our staff members to do their work efficiently, ultimately impacting the success of Accra’s client focused mission. You will be expected to be adept at diagnosing and troubleshooting common technical problems and providing timely, accurate solutions to those you assist.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, particularly the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
  • Proficiency with IT helpdesk software, such as FreshService.
  • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other offices in Minnesota to perform IT related duties as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Customer service and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously with regular interruptions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality and discretion while working with other team members.
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative with problem solving and research skills.
  • Experience working with a home health agency is a plus.
