This role focuses on designing impactful, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that help users effectively adopt and apply advanced cybersecurity intelligence platforms. You will translate complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into clear, structured, and practical learning content tailored to diverse user profiles. Working closely with subject matter experts, you will shape end-to-end instructional journeys that include interactive modules, videos, and assessments. The position plays a key role in driving platform engagement and user success by ensuring learning content is both technically accurate and instructionally strong. You will operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment where collaboration, creativity, and instructional excellence are essential. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning experiences that improve user understanding and platform adoption. You will collaborate closely with technical experts and stakeholders to turn complex cybersecurity knowledge into structured and engaging learning journeys.
- Design and develop end-to-end instructional content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive learning assets
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex cybersecurity topics into clear learning experiences
- Define learning objectives, assessments, and performance outcomes aligned with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
- Build role-based learning scenarios that improve real-world application of platform knowledge
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all learning materials through structured reviews and QA processes
- Manage content delivery timelines and ensure training programs are delivered according to project priorities
- Continuously update learning content based on product changes and evolving customer needs
- Contribute to improving learner engagement through creative instructional design approaches
This role requires strong instructional design expertise combined with the ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into engaging learning content. You should be comfortable working with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
- Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or e-learning development
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, structured learning materials
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and technical concepts is highly preferred
- Familiarity with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy
- Ability to create storyboards, interactive learning flows, and multimedia-based content
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in end-to-end content development and training delivery cycles
- Instructional design certification (completed or in progress) is a plus
- Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics is an advantage
