This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing strategy for a high-growth, product-led SaaS solution within a large-scale service commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Acting at the intersection of product, data, and growth, you will identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end user journey and remove friction points that limit conversion and lifetime value. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role requiring a strong experimentation mindset and deep PLG expertise. You will lead a cross-functional marketing organization spanning acquisition, lifecycle, and product marketing. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on measurable business outcomes across a global distributed team.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for a leading invoicing and payment solution, ensuring strong alignment with product and business objectives:

  • Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market and product-led growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
  • Own key business outcomes including customer acquisition, conversion rates, LTV, and revenue growth across the funnel
  • Identify friction points in the user journey and implement improvements to onboarding, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle engagement
  • Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, geo-testing, and incrementality measurement to optimize performance
  • Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs across acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and partner channels
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, and central marketing teams to align roadmap priorities and drive integrated campaigns
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, growth, and lifecycle functions
  • Manage marketing budget allocation with a focus on pipeline impact and measurable ROI
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive SaaS and product-led growth experience, combined with strong leadership and analytical capabilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within SaaS and product-led growth environments
  • Proven success in building and scaling full-funnel marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Strong experience managing and developing senior-level teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue impact through performance marketing and growth initiatives
  • Deep understanding of demand generation channels including digital, email, events, webinars, and partnerships
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging user behavior and product data to inform strategy
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana is a plus
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-impact priorities in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
  • Remote-first flexibility across the United States or Canada (with optional office access where available)
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, location, and expertise
  • 401(k) with company match (up to 4%) and immediate vesting
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Annual wellness stipend and robust wellness programs
  • Flexible time off policy to support work-life balance
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program
  • Student loan repayment support
  • Continued learning and professional development opportunities.
