Director, Enterprise AI Enablement

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Enterprise AI Enablement in the United States.

This leadership role sits at the core of enterprise transformation, responsible for accelerating the adoption and value realization of artificial intelligence across corporate functions. The position focuses on translating an AI strategy into scalable, practical use cases that enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee experience across areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement. It requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automation at scale. The role acts as a central orchestrator across business, technology, data, and governance teams to ensure responsible, secure, and impactful AI deployment. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in complex, global environments and can bridge innovation with operational execution. The environment is fast-moving, highly cross-functional, and deeply focused on measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the enterprise AI enablement roadmap across corporate functions, ensuring alignment with broader digital transformation and AI strategy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI and automation use cases that improve productivity, reduce cost, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from ideation and prototyping through industrialization and enterprise-scale deployment.
  • Partner with corporate leaders to redesign business processes using AI, automation, and GenAI-driven workflows rather than simple task automation.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools through structured change management, training, communication, and enablement programs.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for responsible AI usage, including compliance, security, and ethical considerations.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure safe, scalable, and compliant AI implementation.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional AI enablement team and manage external technology partners and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, enterprise technology, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong expertise in GenAI, AI platforms, automation technologies, and AI copilots.
  • Experience working with corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, or similar enterprise domains.
  • Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed, and cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to move from strategy to delivery in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management capabilities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior transformation leadership roles.
  • Opportunity to shape and lead enterprise-wide AI strategy with high visibility and impact.
  • Direct influence on productivity, employee experience, and operational transformation at scale.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and automation technologies in a global environment.
  • Strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment working with senior leaders across business and technology.
  • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving AI-driven organization.
