  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, client strategy, and solution development.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
  • Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to inform broader business strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or healthcare business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, labor environments, and healthcare organizational structures.
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing executive-level healthcare stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to lead high-level conversations.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based, performance-driven environment with strong accountability for results.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment while maintaining urgency and focus on outcomes.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage starting day one.
  • Additional protection benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness coverage, legal assistance, identity protection, and pet insurance.
  • Retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off policy and 8.5 paid holidays annually.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, performance-oriented environment with strong career advancement potential.
