Accountabilities

  • Manage and update technical product specifications to ensure ongoing competitiveness and alignment with market expectations.
  • Support product performance improvement initiatives through benchmarking, quality feedback, and continuous enhancement strategies.
  • Translate market insights into actionable inputs for product roadmaps and new product development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, industry standards, and internal governance across the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare technical communication materials to support product positioning, launches, and commercial enablement.
  • Deliver training sessions to cross-functional teams to strengthen product knowledge and market understanding.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives and customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or market analysis, preferably in the energy or transformer industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of energy systems, transformer technologies, or related industrial solutions.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and translate insights into product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
