We are currently looking for LEAD DYNAMICS 365 CE DEVELOPER + 5 years of experience

Requirements:

Lead Dynamics 365 CE Developer Lead Dynamics 365 CE Developer (Lead & Doer):
A hands-on driver for the full project lifecycle. With 5+ years of experience, this role leads Discovery Phases to translate business needs into technical blueprints and executes the delivery of high-quality, scalable D365 solutions.
Details Key Responsibilities Hands-on Build: Lead by example coding complex C# plugins, workflows, and PCF controls.
End-to-End Delivery: Own the build from Dataverse setup to deployment and "Definition of Done." Integration: Design/implement robust flows using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Web APIs. ALM & Governance: Establish DevOps pipelines and conduct code reviews to ensure system integrity. Technical Requirements Experience: 5+ years in D365 CE development and technical leadership.
Stack: Expert .NET (C#), TypeScript/JavaScript, and FetchXML/SQL. Power Platform: Mastery of Model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse security. Prototyping: Ability to build PoCs to validate feasibility. Custom Logic Development: Create and maintain C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and asynchronous processes. Front-end Enhancement: Develop and implement client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
System Integration: Architect and manage data flows between D365 and third-party systems using Web APIs, Azure Functions, and Power Automate.
Environment Management: Oversee solution packaging, deployment, and version control using Azure DevOps (ALM).
Technical Advisory: Provide estimates for complex requirements and identify where "out-of-the-box" features should be prioritized over custom code.
