Your role as Senior Risk and Compliance Specialist
Dialogue is looking for a Senior Risk and Compliance Specialist to help strengthen our risk and compliance practices in support of our mission to improve people’s wellbeing.
Reporting to the Director, Risk and Compliance, you will lead design, deploy, and maintain practical risk and compliance processes across the organization. You will also act as a trusted partner to support teams in managing risks while keeping operations efficient and aligned with regulatory expectations.

What you'll be doing
Compliance Program Management
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company policies and procedures, including helping streamline policy management processes
- Act as a point of contact for compliance-related questions and requests
- Conduct periodic monitoring and compliance reviews to help ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Help design and deliver training and awareness initiatives on compliance topics for employees at all levels
Risk Management Contribution
- Support the design and deployment of risk management frameworks, processes, and tools across key domains such as third-party risk, information governance, business continuity, and governance
- Assist business teams in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks and controls, and recommend practical improvements
- Help assess the impact of new or updated regulatory or business requirements and support the development of related processes and controls
- Contribute to managing risk & compliance data in Dialogue’s GRC tool
Audits, Reporting, and Advisory Support
- Contribute to internal and external audits and support incident-related investigations when required
- Support the preparation and maintenance of risk and compliance reporting
- Provide risk and compliance guidance to support business projects and operational or process changes
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization to help integrate compliance into day-to-day operations
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related function, preferably in a regulated industry such as financial services or technology-enabled environments
- Experience with core risk and compliance practices such as policy management, privacy, third-party risk, information governance, business continuity, or investigations
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development, implementation, or improvement of policies, processes, and operational tools
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with GRC tools
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, integrity, and adaptability
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required
