The Opportunity You will be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring our master masons have exactly what they need the moment they need it. This role offers entry into a 52-year legacy of craftsmanship with clear paths for professional growth and skill development. You will work with industry-leading equipment like Hydro-Mobile systems in an environment that rewards initiative and hard work.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Organize and stage masonry materials strategically to maintain high-efficiency production for the entire crew.

  • Support the assembly and operation of Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems to ensure safe and steady site progress.

  • Prepare and manage mortar batches with precision, drawing on your experience to ensure perfect consistency.

  • Anticipate the next moves of the masonry team, positioning tools and materials before they are requested.

  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite by proactively identifying and clearing debris or hazards throughout the day.

  • Contribute to a smooth workflow by communicating effectively with operators and masons to meet daily goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience on a commercial masonry or construction jobsite.

  • Solid understanding of masonry workflows and the physical requirements of a high-volume site.

  • Proven experience working with mortar and an understanding of material handling.

  • Strong work ethic with a reputation for being dependable and arriving on time.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Direct experience assisting with Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems.

  • Background in supporting large-scale commercial masonry projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to work overtime and weekends to meet critical project deadlines.
