Representative Payee at Caregiver – Fort Worth, Texas

We are currently seeking a Representative Payee to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. In this position, you’ll play a vital role in managing financial resources for the individuals we support — helping ensure stability, compliance, and peace of mind.

What You’ll Do
- Issue weekly and monthly allowance checks for individuals
- Process payments to vendors on behalf of individuals by due dates
- Maintain documentation for all consumer expenditures
- Issue Room & Board, Applied Income, and Foster Care payments to the company
- Track and collect Room & Board payments from payors
- Record deposits and monitor trust fund balances
- Reconcile receipts, checks, and credit card activity
- Coordinate with internal departments to support individuals’ financial needs
- Work with SSA and DHS to establish and maintain Medicaid and SSI benefits
- Support additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Typing speed of 40 WPM and ten-key by touch
- Proficiency with Microsoft email systems and office software
- Experience using office equipment such as copiers and scanners
Preferred
- Representative Payee or Accounts Payable experience
- One year of healthcare-related experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, banking systems, or financial software
- Employer-provided bank accounts with cash advance options (no credit check required)
