TEMP TO CORE General Laborer
Group O is seeking a General Laborer to assist in a variety of manual tasks within our warehouse operations.

As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our warehousing operations. Your primary responsibility is to perform a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the facility. You will be involved in physical, firsthand work that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to tackle diverse assignments. Your hard work, flexibility, and dedication contribute to the successful completion of projects and the overall efficiency of Group O.

The ideal candidate for the role is physically fit, adaptable, safety-conscious, a collaborator, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.


Key Responsibilities


Essential Functions:
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies from storage areas, ensuring proper handling and placement to prevent damage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite by clearing debris, removing trash, and sweeping or cleaning surfaces to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
  • Aid in operations by performing tasks such as assembly, packaging, labeling, , sorting, palletizing, and quality control inspections to contribute to production efficiency and product quality.
  • Always adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors, coworkers, and other team members to coordinate tasks, communicate effectively, and achieve project objectives in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in general labor or related fields.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Ability to lift fifty pounds.
  • Frequent bending, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time.
