As Host, you will be the face of our organization and will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests as they arrive. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their entire experience. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests enjoy their time with us. Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon their arrival and provide them with menu suggestions

• Show guests to their tables and provide them with silverware, napkins, and condiments

• Ensure tables are set up properly and stocked with necessary items

• Monitor the dining room to make sure it is clean and tidy

• Assist servers with food and beverage orders

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• Respond to customer inquiries in a helpful and friendly manner

• Ensure all guests are seated and served in a timely manner

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements

• Ensure all guests feel welcome and comfortable

• Ensure all guests receive outstanding customer service

• Assist with closing tasks such as counting money and locking doors

Job Requirements
