Marketing Coordinator at 406 Rx – Billings, Montana

The Marketing Coordinator supports growth and brand awareness initiatives across 406 Rx locations by executing day-to-day marketing activities, community engagement, and company branding. This role is primarily execution-focused with direction and priorities set by leadership, while also encouraging independent work and fresh ideas that align with our goals.

The following are key responsibilities and duties:

• Support social media efforts, including content creation, posting, and basic engagement.
• Creation of marketing materials such as graphics and promotional content using tools such as Canva.
• Perform basic website updates and content changes as directed.
• Represent 406 Rx and support outreach and local marketing efforts, including community, career, and recruiting events.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
• Execute marketing priorities and campaigns in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain organization and tracking of marketing tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Contribute ideas and creative input to support outreach and engagement efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to support initiatives.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or content creation required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
