Join our security team in the vibrant Brickell area as a Bilingual Security Officer. We're seeking a professional and motivated individual who excels at providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will be a key part of our team, ensuring the safety of our premises while upholding a positive, welcoming atmosphere.Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a customer service role.
• A valid Florida Security Officer D License.
• A Valid Driver's License.
• Strong observational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting all visitors and enforcing company policies.
• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent security threats, safety hazards, and suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and safety alarms.
• Manage access control and maintain smooth crowd flow.
• Document and report all incidents, accidents, and security events with clear and concise reports.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe environment. Duties include patrolling and monitoring premises, managing access control, responding to emergencies, and documenting incidents. Candidates must hold a valid Florida D Security License and Drivers License, have at least one year of security or customer service experience, and demonstrate strong observation skills, professionalism, and reliability.Nation Security is an equal opportunity employer.
