Senior Site Manager - Djibouti, Africa - (TS/SCI) in Djibouti at Hui Huliau

Summary:

Pono Ana Management (PAM) is looking for a Senior Site Manager. The Senior Site Manager will support Base Operations providing support services to our U.S. government customer in Djibouti, Africa.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and any other first line supervisor administrative duties required.
• Encourage and promote in achieving a safe and healthy workplace.
• Monitor the daily productivity on site including performance, resource levels and quality.
• Ensure safety inspections are implemented and manage the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in company policy and procedures.
• Develop and implement short term programs with employees.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks under austere conditions to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• US Citizen
• TS/SCI Clearance
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven success working with all levels within a team.
• MS office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• 12 years general work experience, and 8 years site management experience
• Monitor the distribution and use of supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge in the U.S. Government Contracting Industry

Work Environment:

• Office computers and equipment, telephones, radios, Microsoft Office suite of tools, Web Based Applications such as Procore, electronic spreadsheets and database analysis, outputs, and reporting, virtual data sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other forms of remote work-sharing tools.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for long periods of time. Ability up to lift 25lbs on occasion, stretching, climbing stairs, and walking.
