Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Roofing Division
Location: Mountain Pine, Arkansas

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for roofing customers
• Answer inbound calls and make follow-up calls regarding appointments, service status, and customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about our roofing products, services, and timelines
• Schedule roofing inspections, services, and installations
• Communicate with field teams and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Document all interactions in our CRM system with thorough and clear notes
• Resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Educate customers on our referral program and post-service opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience (roofing or home services industry preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
