JOB TITLE: Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

LOCATION: Waterford, WI

Steffens Insurance Group in Waterford, WI is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time in-office position focuses on managing insurance accounts, supporting clients with policy service, renewals, updates, and claims support, and delivering outstanding customer service. Training is provided for candidates with the right skills and attitude. Active Wisconsin Property and Casualty license is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES; Include but not limited to:
Manage assigned insurance accounts and act as the primary contact for clients
Support clients with policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, and claims
Process certificates, endorsements, quotes, and insurance documentation accurately
Maintain accurate client records using agency management systems
Collaborate with underwriters and team members to provide insurance solutions
Stay current on licensed P&C insurance products, coverage options, and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS
Active Property and Casualty License in Wisconsin
Previous insurance account management or customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple insurance accounts and priorities efficiently
