Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and address their service needs with a professional and courteous demeanor.Service Recommendations: Assess vehicle conditions and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.Scheduling & Coordination: Manage service schedules, ensuring timely completion and communication with customers.Documentation: Accurately document service orders, customer concerns, and repair needs.Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards and meet BMW specifications.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with dealership management software and basic computer skills.
