Dispatcher at Trades Holding Company – Independence, Ohio

Trades Holding Company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to coordinate our field technicians daily schedules and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is key to ensuring jobs are assigned efficiently, service disruptions are minimized, and both customers and team members stay informed.

Pay Range: $17-20/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign technicians to jobs based on urgency, skill set, and location.

• Confirm appointments and keep customers updated on technician ETA and delays.

• Manage the dispatch board and verify tickets for accuracy.

• Communicate effectively with field techs, First Impression Representatives (FIRs), and leadership.

• Reschedule services promptly when needed and prioritize impacted customers.

• Support invoicing, payment processing, and general dispatch operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer service (home services preferred). Electric technician dispatch experience a plus!

• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with scheduling software; ServiceTitan experience a plus.

Schedule:
Full-time, with rotating weekends and evenings as needed. Flexibility required during peak seasons.
