Join us for an in-person hiring event for Contact Center Agents

Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2026

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 pm

Address: 15601 Dallas Parkway Addison, TX 75001

Work Location: Remote

Work Hours: Shifts will fall between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays and will be confirmed at time of offer.

Department Highlights:

  • First point of contact for patients need to schedule appointments with Solis
  • Collaborative and engaging team-based environment
  • Room for growth into higher experienced agent roles and management


Here is what you will need:

  • Contact center and healthcare experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented employment required
  • Scheduling experience preferred
  • Types at least 30 - 40 wpm and strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Must be able to multi-task with various computer programs/applications
  • Must have a minimum of 30Mbps Download / 100 Mbps Upload Speed or better


A Day in the Life of a Contact Center Agent:

  • Functions as the first point of contact for the patient and referring physicians
  • Handles routine customer interactions and exhibits proficient customer service, effective listening, and empathy. Communication channels may include phone, email, or chat
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, by offering assistance and support
  • Schedules patients and offers alternative scheduling options when centers dates/times are not available
  • Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators including but are not limited to average handle time, quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
