Job Summary

The Senior Analyst – Labor Productivity is responsible for assisting with the implementation, maintenance and reporting of labor productivity processes, programs and systems.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, analytics, mathematics, business, or related fields.
• Master's degree or Ph.D preferred in computer science, analytics, mathematics, business, or related fields.
• Expert level knowledge in PowerBI and SQL required.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Working knowledge in Python preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, finance and/or human resources preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $30.25 - $45.75 per hour
