Outside Sales Representative – Reliable Roofing (Remote | Commission-Based)

Average Rep Earns $12,500/Month | Appointments Provided Daily

Reliable Roofing is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This is a remote, 1099 commission-based opportunity — perfect for experienced in-home sales professionals who want more freedom, better leads, and bigger commissions.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive daily qualified appointments set by our team
• Travel directly from home to meet with homeowners
• Measure roofs, assess customer needs, and present our roofing solutions
• One-call close using our proven sales script (training materials provided)
• Choose from company-approved installers after closing a sale
• Oversee project progress and collect payments directly
• Deposit funds and maintain clear records of each job

• Daily appointments — no cold calling required
• Industry-leading commission up to 14% (avg. 10%)
• Sales reps average $125,000/month in closed deals = $12,500+ monthly take-home

What You Need:

• Minimum 1 year of in-home sales experience (required)
• Comfortable with one-call closes and script-based selling
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused
• Ability to manage your own schedule and jobs from start to finish
• Must maintain a minimum 20% closing ratio to continue receiving leads
• Self-motivated and results-driven — this is a fully independent role
